To be eligible for a Training Grant:
| 1. |
The applicant must live in New Castle County, Delaware. |
| 2. |
The applicant must be graduating from a vocational or technical training program at a public school in New Castle County in 2010.

| 3. |
The applicant must intend to be a full-time student in a vocational or technical training program provided by an educational institution which has a faculty, a curriculum, and a student body. The program must be designed to prepare the student for gainful employment. |
NOTE: Any child of a member of Christiana Rotary is not eligible.
